Noelle Howe
SAG-AFTRA
ACTOR SINGER WRITER DANCER
Noelle Howe is a Southern California native with a passion for singing, acting, dancing, writing, and an undying love for Dolly Parton. From a young age, Noelle has always felt a strong tether to the arts and entertainment, anything that she felt spoke louder and echoed longer than words could, and touched more people than she could fathom. So naturally the result was a 13-year-old child that could recite the 1995 stage-to-screen recording of Into the Woods with encyclopedic accuracy.
At age 15, Noelle tested out of high school and began her journey through the collegiate system. By age 18, Noelle had earned 3 Associates degrees in General Theater Arts, Musical Theater, and Technical Theater Arts with Emphasis in Makeup/Hair Design from Irvine Valley College. From there, Noelle attended California State University Long Beach for Theater Arts, where she was regularly involved with the California Repertory Theater, both onstage, and offstage designing shows.
During the pandemic, Noelle sustained her love of theatre by participating in several online readings, workshops, and digital "shows" as well as finishing her Bachelor's in Arts degree from CSULB. From there, Noelle decided to pursue a change of pace and, à la Elle Woods, took the LSAT and began her journey at Chapman University's Dale E. Fowler School of Law to earn her Juris Doctor Degree with an Emphasis in Entertainment Law (what like it's hard?). Throughout her life and education, theater and entertainment have been a throughline for Noelle and a "chicken soup for the soul" when the odds stacked up against her. Now, at age 22, Noelle is currently in her second year at law school and looks forward to sitting for the California State Bar Exam in the near future and pursuing an onstage career as a singer and actress.
